Daddy, this is Mivon, but you already know this. I honestly didn’t know what to write to you. What could I possibly write to someone who has finished their race here on earth? Congratulations, I guess! I’m not sure if it measure’s up to God’s well-done though.
Your life was and is a reflection of those words inscribe above this letter. You were an exemplary leader in servitude and rulership. You lived to serve but in no means did it make you less. With your humble gait and soft-spoken words, you inspired awe even in confrontations. I’m sad I did not get to sit at your feet a while longer to learn more from you, specifically in your walk with God.
Daddy, thank you for having me, thank you for your believe in me and thank you for introducing me to a wonderful relationship with God. Your life may be a loss for those of us left here on earth but not a loss to the Kingdom of Heaven.
You truly are a Son of God. Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth. Your reign does not end here on earth; you still get to reign with Christ…you even started earlier (lol).
Thank you Daddy for showing us Christ is the only way. Thank you for living it out also. God’s imprint is evident in your lineage.
